Jump

Let's walk with our pride up, hoping
We'll see the world wide open
While waiting for the right kind of moment
To get rid of all our problems

Do what you need to do
Hold your hands to pray
Say what you want to say
As we'll make it this way

'Coz we're gonna jump, eyes open
To see the world while screaming
At the top of our lungs, shouting
Our faith aren't broken

Do what you need to do
Hold your hands to pray
Say what you want to say
As we'll make it this way

Even if your body is sweating
And your hands keep shaking
As your heart keeps racing
Hold me tight, let's bear it

Do what you need to do
(Jump we'll make it)
Hold your hands to pray
(It's going to be okay)
Say what you want to say
(Let's keep our finger's crossing)
As we'll make it this way
(With our hands wide open)

Do what you need to do
Hold your hands to pray
Say what you want to say
As we'll make it this way

All you need now is some music. Ha! LOL I really liked trhis i think it could make a awesome song. I think you can be a good song writer.

Very nice. I actually felt the exhilaration of free-falling while reading this. Some of the lines could be stronger (like Kalliope pointed out), but other than that, this was extremely enjoyable to read. Very upbeat and catchy. I'd like to hear what it sounds like to music.

Hey AS,

this sounds like a fun one!

Let's walk with our pride up, hoping
We'll see the world wide open
While waiting for the right kind of moment
To get rid of all our problems[maybe change this line to something stronger? This way it's a bit flat.]

This first verse really well conveys the excitement before you 'jump'.

'Coz we're gonna jump, eyes open
To see the world while screaming
At the top of our lungs, shouting
Our faith aren't broken

I think this part is absolutely well done! I think maybe you could even use it as the chorous, since it captures the essence of the song perfectly.

I really, really like this! It's very energetic and I can imagine the music very well :)

Keep it up
